Welcome to Pinterest Possible! My name is Amanda Karl, and I am the founder and creator of this virtual business. I know what you’re thinking, why should I read through this girl’s story (Great question, by the way!). The truth is that underneath all the flattery I could give myself, I am just a girl. I make mistakes, I get distracted, and I cause myself more stress than necessary at times. However, that does bring out some desirable results. I am always the one who arrives early instead of late, and I will stay late if needed. I always put others first and take the time to really listen to what they need. I’ve never said to a customer, “I don’t know, sorry”. Instead, I’ve always taken the approach: “I don’t have that answer but I will find it so that we both know”. I feel a sense of gratification knowing that I was able to help someone, regardless of how big or small the task. That is only half of the concept in this shop. I believe in building trust and relationships with people. I treat every single person as important because I know if the roles were reversed that is how I would want to be treated. I do have a lot of stories and experiences that I am happy to share, just ask away!
The other half of this shop’s concept is Creativity (believe it or not, I actually took a class called Creativity in college). I am not a black and white person; I often see grey areas. I really shine when I am given an opportunity to take a topic and think outside of the box. If there’s a better or more efficient way to do something, I’ll make sure it’s correct, and then apply it. I enjoy finding new ways to portray information so that it can apply to more than just myself. I’ve worked with many children (including my own) and learned the hard way that sometimes you have to find another way to make things work. We are all different learners. What clicks for one person, won’t for another. I enjoy the challenge. This is a mindset that I applied to this shop, and that I apply in my everyday life.
